      Author: 360 GBP

      Author (IEEE/IAER Member): 330 GBP [IAER Membership is FREE, click here for more information]

      Student: 250 GBP

      Student (IEEE/IAER Member): 220 GBP [IAER Membership is FREE, click here for more information]

      Participant/Listener: 290 GBP [Onsite registration may be offered subject to availability]

      Additional Paper: 150 GBP

      Additional Student Paper: 100 GBP

However, as a registered low-profit organization (CIC in England and Wales) we have funds to support post-graduate research students as well as researchers from low income countries to publish their research outcomes at a discounted rate or even completely free. To apply, please download, complete and email it to iccece18@theiaer.org with your membership as well as paper submission number.

The deadline for submission of funding application is 17th June 2018, 23:59 GMT. Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the deadline will not be considered for funding. IAER membership is required for submitting funding application. Membership application may take upto a week to be evaluated and processed.

The outcome of the funding applications will be communicated to the respective authors on 20th June 2018.

Upon submission of your camera-ready version of the paper(s), please follow the following setps to complete your registration:

      Complete payment of your publication fees using our secure online Payment Gateway, by using either your paypal account or supported credit/debit cards. Under "iCCECE '18 Payment", please make sure you choose correct amount applicable to your paper category. While making the payment please also provide your: 1. Paper Submission ID and 2. IAER Membership Number (if any) as additional information to IAER.

[Please note, we may not be able to track your payment unless you supply your paper Submission ID during the payment process. IAER will not be responsible for any difficulties you face for not providing your paper submission ID while making payment.]
